Size of Company:
Operating Cash Flow (EBITDA) of $2-10 million.
Company Characteristics:
Should possess the following:
- Solid management team
- Healthy, sustainable margins
- Modest capital expenditure requirements
- Low customer concentration
Sectors of Focus:
Enterprise Software, Industrial Control and Automation, Internet Media Services, Security Software & Services, Information Processing Services, IT Services, Systems Integration.
Geographic Focus:
US domiciled.
Use of Capital:
Recapitalization, Management Buyout, Growth Equity Deleveraging, or Spin-Out/Corporate Divestiture.
Investment Size:
Initial investment of $4-10 million.
Investment Structure:
Common or Preferred Equity. Majority or minority ownership.
Partnering:
