Mr. Craig Faggen brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and structuring numerous large and highly complex capital markets transactions. As a founder and Partner of Triton Pacific Capital, Mr. Faggen was instrumental in the due diligence, structuring, and closing of several billion dollars of transactions. Prior to founding Triton Pacific, Mr. Faggen worked in Arthur Andersen’s Capital Markets Group, where he acted as a financial advisor to a number of public and private companies on various transactions including IPOs, securitized debt transactions, equity private placements, dispositions and M&A related opportunities. Mr. Faggen has earned his B.A. in economics at U.C.L.A. and his Masters Degree at M.I.T.


Ivan Faggen | Managing Partner

Mr. Ivan Faggen brings over 45 years of strategic and transactional experience to Triton Pacific Capital Partners through his extensive involvement with its portfolio companies and previous position as one of seven Worldwide Directors of Arthur Andersen’s Industry Groups. In that position, Mr. Faggen not only built an advisory practice with $300 million of annual revenues but he also was instrumental in facilitating hundreds of domestic and international transactions. Prior to taking on these responsibilities, Mr. Faggen spent over 20 years at Arthur Andersen working with small and mid-size companies on a variety of strategic, operational, and financial issues. Mr. Faggen has authored articles for The Counselor, Pension and Investment Age and numerous other publications. Ivan served as President of CRE and was a member of the Advisory Board of the Carlyle Group.


Joseph Davis | Managing Partner - HEALTHCARE

Mr. Davis has over 25 years of experience in healthcare investing and operations. Mr. Davis runs the firm’s healthcare practice, leveraging his experience as President of three different healthcare service companies including outpatient rehabilitation, home infusion therapy and one of the nation’s largest private pay home care companies that grew to $400 million in revenues and multi-state operations. Combining his operating and private equity investing experience, he works closely with management teams to develop and execute strategies to achieve success. Mr. Davis is a member of the firm’s investment committee and sits on several company boards. Mr. Davis attended the University of California at Irvine and was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Program.


Thomas Scott | Managing Partner

Mr. Scott has nearly 20 years of experience in origination and execution of middle market private equity transactions across a broad range of industries including business services, specialty finance, consumer-oriented, software and manufacturing. Mr. Scott has a combination of skills in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, structured financing, and business strategy. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, he was a Principal at TAG Venture Partners, a Boston-based investment firm and buy-side advisor where he was involved in more than 20 transactions. As a management consultant at Harbor Research, a strategy consulting boutique, Mr. Scott focused on assisting industrial and technology companies. Mr. Scott is a member of the firm’s investment committee and sits on several company boards where he is active in guiding overall strategic direction. Mr. Scott received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.



Mr. Buehler has over 20 years of investment, product development and distribution experience within financial services, commercial real estate, alternative investments and private equity. Mr. Buehler runs the firm’s capital markets strategy, bringing his expertise in building distribution platforms that have raised capital to support more than $2 billion of alternative investment strategies.  Mr. Buehler is a member of the firm’s investment committee and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of its dealer manager, Triton Pacific Securities, LLC.  Mr. Buehler sits on the Board of Directors of The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association ("ADISA").  Mr. Buehler actively advises and consults on strategic initiatives for U.S. based financial and investment firms and frequently contributes white papers on various financial services subject matter. Mr. Buehler holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 63 licenses and California P&C and L&H licenses.  Mr. Buehler earned his B.A. from Chapman University.



Michael Carroll has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Triton Pacific Group and its subsidiaries for more than 10 years. Mr. Carroll has extensive experience in the area of financial accounting and has spent several years at Triton Pacific managing fund finances and investor relations. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, Mr. Carroll managed the finances and accounts of various political organizations and worked on Capitol Hill. Prior experiences include serving as Deputy Treasurer of Virginians for Jerry Kilgore, a Richmond-based candidate committee, where Mr. Carroll managed the committees’ campaign contributions. Mr. Carroll received a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University.


Ms. Brumwell has 5 years of experience in finance, health care M&A, and deal execution.  Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Raymond James, focusing extensively on healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.  Ms. Brumwell later served as an independent advisor to a number of companies, lending her financial and industry expertise to a variety of transactions and strategic initiatives.  Ms. Brumwell primarily supports deal team efforts in the healthcare practice lead by Mr. Joe Davis.  Ms. Brumwell holds a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt University, where she earned valedictorian honors, and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. 

William A. King | ASSOCIATE

Mr. King has 4 years of experience in finance, healthcare M&A, and deal execution.  Prior to joining Triton Pacific, he worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Piper Jaffray, focusing on healthcare services.  Mr. King began his career in the Lazard Middle Market healthcare investment banking group. Mr. King primarily supports deal team efforts in the healthcare practice lead by Mr. Joe Davis.  Mr. King holds a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College. 

Operating partners & Advisors

Sean Gjos

Mr. Gjos has over 15 years of experience in finance, private equity investing, and operations. Mr. Gjos primarily focuses on healthcare investing where he supports deal team efforts within the firm’s healthcare portfolio. Prior to working with Triton Pacific, he worked as an advisor to companies in the healthcare services and medical device sectors. He has also worked for the private equity firm Hicks Muse Tate & Furst and their portfolio company Chancellor Media. Mr. Gjos holds a B.A. from Brown University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, where he was awarded a Deutschman Venture Fellowship.


Tracy Finn

Mr. Finn is an accomplished healthcare executive having served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning & Corporate Development for Omnicare, Inc. from 2010 to 2012 and as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning & Corporate Development from 2005 to 2010. Other notable positions at Omnicare included VP, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development; Regional VP, Operations; Director of Development, and Director of Business Development for Omnicare’s HPI Healthcare Services division (hospital pharmacy management). Mr. Finn currently serves as a Director of Injured Workers Pharmacy and Executive Chairman of BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy. He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.


Patrick E. Keefe

Mr. Keefe was formerly a senior executive Omnicare, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company.  At Omnicare, Mr. Keefe held numerous roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, EVP of Global Markets, EVP of Operations, and Senior VP of Operations. Prior to Omnicare, he held various management positions at HPI Healthcare Services during a thirteen year tenure, where he ultimately was President. Mr. Keefe currently serves as a Director for Injured Workers Pharmacy and a Director for BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy. He received a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa’s College of Pharmacy and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.


Kelly McCrann

Mr. McCrann is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in operating leadership, board governance, P&L management, team formation and development, private equity financing, and M&A transactions.  He currently serves as CEO of EyeCare Partners, a leading management service company for the eyecare profession.  Mr. McCrann has deep experience in healthcare services, having served in senior executive roles with dental practice management, behavioral health,  infusion, and dialysis companies, with a track record for creating significant shareholder value.  Mr. McCrann holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
